Hi! I’m Caroline. I have always been allergic to dairy, eggs, and peanuts, and I used to be allergic to soy as well. Besides baking, I am a company dancer and spend most afternoons in the studio.
I have been baking for as long as I can remember. One of my oldest memories is me in the kitchen, baking. I really started to develop a passion for baking when I won my school’s cake contest in fourth grade. This is when I really started to realize that my allergy-friendly/vegan sweets really can be as good as any allergen filled version.

Ever since then, I have been baking as much as I can, perfecting recipes, and practicing my decorating skills. I hope to use my own baking knowledge to spread awareness of allergies and negate the popular stereotype of the limitations that come with this lifestyle.
